Second Chance items were returned after being size-exchanged and cannot be sold as new. They show no signs of wear and were only worn once, to determine they were not the correct size for the original recipient. As such, they are offered at a 50% discount and because of this are not eligible for further discounts nor for returns or size exchanges, unless a defect is present.

The Hoodie
We use a medium-weight eco tri-blend Royal Apparel hoodie for this design, made sustainably, and sweatshop-free, in the USA. The svelte french terry fabric is the same weight, and provides similar warmth, as fleece, but with less bulk. Comfortable and sleek, this hoodie will be an instant favorite. Polyester made from recycled plastic bottles (50%) retains shape and elasticity; Organic Ring-Spun Cotton (37%) lends both comfort and durability; the addition of Rayon (13%) makes for a unique texture and drapes against the body for a slimming look.
The Printing
This hoodie was silk-screened by skilled craftsmen in Portland, Oregon, at a shop known for their work with water-based and discharge inks. Unlike plastisol inks which place a layer of plastic-like ink on the surface, these special inks actually dye the fibers of the fabric. This leaves a printed area that is light and soft to the touch that won’t crack and disintegrate from wear and washing. When used on a tri-blend fabric (such as this hoodie), the discharge agent in the ink bleaches the original dye from the organic fabric; this creates a slight heathered effect, giving the print a broken-in or vintage feel.
